Invitation for monks for Rainy Retreat, “Esela Poya” July Full moon day, laying foundation stones for ordination(Seema) house, Pattana recitation (Patthana Desana)
විශේෂ ආශීර්වාද, දාන,සීල, භාවනා, වැඩසටහන අටසිල්සමාදානය සහ බුද්ධ පූජාව
ජූලී 14 (ඉරිදා) උදෑසන, 7:00 – දහවල්, 1:00
Special programs – Meditation, observing 08 precepts, offering, Dhamma talks, Chanting, sharing blessings, merits and wishing peace for whole world. July 14 (Sunday), 2019, From 7:00am to 1:00pm
Morning Session
- 7:00am – 9:00am – Breakfast “Dana” for monks and observing 08 precepts and offering
- 9:00am – 11:00am – meditation, Dhamma discussions, chanting and completing recitations for laying the foundation stones for ordination hall.
- 11:00am – 12:00pm – Offering Special milk rice and other items for the Buddha, Dhamma talk, Vas Aradanawa, sharing merits & blessings, (Dana) lunch for monks & preceptors.
- 12:00pm – 1:00pm – Lunch for others.
Afternoon Session
- 12.00pm to 2.00pm – Lunch and rest time (Please come little early if you are going to participate for lunch)
- 2.00pm to 5.00pm – Instruction for mindfulness meditation, Walking Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Question & Answering, Short Dhamma sermon and blessings.
As a guests of honor - Reverend Eheliyagoda Gunaratana Thero from Sri Lanka and other monks and nuns will be participating for this program.
